24-Hour Cancellation Policy / Missed Appointments
Our top priority is your mental health care. We aim to secure providers who are highly qualified and with proven track records of helping their patients improve. We never double book and allow one patient for each time slot so the time is reserved for you and you only. In order for us to be able to do this we ask that in the event of a cancellation to please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If there is a late cancellation or a no-show, there is a fee of 75$. Thank you for your understanding.
Out of network Insurance
Please feel free to call me to discuss your insurance options and if I am a provider under your plan.
I participate in a limited number of insurance panels. If I am not an in-network provider under your insurance, we may be able to work on an out-of-network basis.
Additionally, Mental health services is a qualified expense if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Please contact me to discuss your insurance and help you navigate your insurance benefits and patient responsibility. I can also contact your insurance for benefit verification and/or prior authorization.
